Site pricing
Sites are priced separately from your workspace. Building is free; you pay to keep a site live, and what you pay depends on the features that site uses. For your workspace's storage and translation, see Account and plans.
Current prices are on uniweb.app/pricing, and the app shows every price — and any change to what you pay — before you confirm it. This page explains how pricing works, not the numbers.
Drafts are free
You can create a site, build it out and refine it as a draft without paying — as many sites as your workspace's storage allows. Nothing about working on a site costs money until you publish it live.
Publishing live is what you pay for
Each published site has its own subscription, monthly or yearly. You see it, and set it up, from the site's Site menu → Hosting and features…; its billing is in the site's Settings → Billing. A site that an organization hosts free needs no subscription to publish.
What a subscription is made of
A subscription is Website Hosting — needed to publish — plus the features you turn on for that site in its Settings → Features. You pay only for what each site uses:
- Additional languages — the first language is included; each further one is a line;
- Site Search;
- Form Submissions — the site's Inbox; see Inbox and Analytics;
- Integrated Analytics — the site's Stats;
- Collaborator seats — one for each editor on a site in your personal workspace; see Collaborators and seats;
- other features as they are added.
The template a site started from does not change its price.
Changing features partway through a period is prorated, and the app shows the new price and asks you to agree before anything changes. A yearly subscription costs ten months' worth.
Putting it together
| Stage | Cost |
|---|---|
| Create and build drafts | Free (within your workspace's storage) |
| Keep a site published live | That site's subscription: hosting plus its features |
| More storage or translation | Packs for your workspace — see Account and plans |
